THE ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO is an award winning international studio for architecture, planning and design, dedicated to the creation of environments that are both innovative and timeless and provide an overarching sense of place.Our work, endeavor to unite new technologies with a fresh interpretation of many of the common sense climatic, and cultural components of Bahamian Caribbean architecture.

Our vision for individual buildings draws upon our principles of urbanism including our responsibility to be good stewards of the natural environment. We strive to create buildings that nurture the human spirit and provide an opportunity for rich and meaningful quality of life and, in this regard our design methodology encourages a high level of client involvement.
